Spicy Watermelon Margarita Cocktail Kit

Our new favourite margarita - if you can handle the heat!

This kit includes (1) 330ml All Thai'd up syrup, (1) 330ml lime juice, 30g smoky ancho salt, habanero infusion kit, dehydrated grapefruit and a recipe card.

This kit and recipe will make 11 cocktails.

Recipe

• 1.5oz spicy Tequila*
• 0.5oz Orange Liqueur
• 0.75oz All Thai’d Up syrup
• 1oz Lime juice
• Smoky Ancho Salt

Method

Pour all ingredients into a shaker tin, add ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a rocks glass rimmed with salt, top with fresh ice and enjoy!

*Infuse 750ml of tequila with 0.6g of dried habanero peppers for 10 minutes
