Shipping policy

 

 

 

 

Processing Time:

 

Our team processes orders to be shipped or ready for pickup within 1-3 days. You'll receive an email notification once your order ships or is ready to be picked up at the store during store hours. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. All packages are shipped to the address provided by the customer during the checkout process. Born to Shake is not responsible for misdelivered packages caused by an incorrectly entered address.


 

Shipping:

 

We ship our products with Purolator Ground and Express, Canpar Ground, and FedEx Ground and Express Saver. Typical delivery estimates are 1-5 business days from the time the courier has received the parcel. Pricing can be found by adding items to your cart, and is subject to change based on what's in your order. Shipping is based on weight. 


 

Shipping Time:

 

Shipping timelines are the responsibility of the courier. Shipping times can be estimated using the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please note that the delivery estimate is not guaranteed and won’t be active until the courier processes the package at their facility.

We do not ship outside of Canada at this time.


 

In-Store Pickup:

 

Free in-store pickup is available from our location at #110 889 Vaughan Ave in Kelowna, BC. Select ‘Pick up’ under delivery method during the first step of the online checkout process. Before finalizing the order, ensure that Born to Shake shows under Pickup Location.

Please wait for a "Ready for Pickup" email before coming to the store. You will be required to present ID at the time of pickup. We'll hold your order at the store for 14 days, then we will ship it to you at your expense if it is not picked up.

If someone else will be picking up your order, please call or email us with the full name of the person who will be picking up the order on your behalf. They will need to bring your order number and the name associated with the original order. Their ID will also be required at the time of pick-up.


 

Returns:

 

We accept exchanges of unopened and unused products within 14 days of purchase with a receipt, on a case-by-case basis. We are unable to accept returns of glassware, books, and cocktail equipment. If items are damaged, tampered with, or in unsatisfactory condition, please send us an email at info@borntoshake.ca and we'll make it right.
