Penicillin Cocktail Kit

A classic Penicillin cocktail with some BTS flare! This cocktail is so easy to make and pairs with so many different spirits. 

This kit includes (1) 330ml Birds & the Bees syrup (1) 330ml lemon juice, (1) 29ml Shmok'n Choclate bitters, dehydrated lemon and a recipe card.

This kit and recipe will make 14 cocktails.

Recipe

• 2oz Whiskey, Gin or Tequila
  
• 0.75oz Lemon juice 
• 0.5oz Birds & the Bees syrup
• 1 dash Shmok'n Choclate bitters

Method

Pour all ingredients into a shaker tin, add ice and shake vigorously.

Double strain into a rocks glass and top with a large ice cube.

Add a lemon wheel for garnish and enjoy!

To level up your cocktail - we add 0.5oz mezcal to get some
smokiness, but typically any peaty scotch will work.
