INGREDIENTS
2oz amaretto
0.25oz carrot cake syrup
1oz lemon juice
1oz egg whites
1 dash (10 drops) old fashioned bitters
METHOD
- add all ingredients to your shaker and dry shake (no ice)
- add ice and shake again
- fine strain into a coupe or rocks glass and enjoy!
Pro tip: chill your glass first and try this with 1oz amaretto and 1oz whiskey
