Classic Whiskey Sour
Ingredients
- 2oz Whiskey
- 1oz Lemon Juice
- 1oz egg whites
- 0.5oz Golden Hour syrup
- 1 dash (10 drops) aromatic bitters
Method
Dry shake ingredients in a shaker tin for about 20 seconds (dry shaking is without ice). Add ice and wet shake vigorously. Fine strain into a coupe or rocks glass and enjoy!
BTS Tip: Add a dash of Shmok’n Chocolate bitters for a deeper, spicier and more complex flavour profile; OR, try adding a dash of Mountain Man bitters for a brighter and more fresh flavour profile.
Blood Orange Whiskey Sour

Flower Sour

- 0.5oz Blossom Sauce
- 1oz egg white
- 1oz Lemon Juice
- 10 drops Herbal Lavender bitters

Blueberry Bourbon Sour

- 2oz Bourbon
- 1oz Out of the Blue syrup
- 0.5oz Lemon Juice
- 1oz egg whites

- 3 dashes Basil Affinity bitters
Method
