Mia Negroni (Negroni)
- 1oz Wallflower gin
- 1oz Mia Amata Amaro
- 0.5oz Raspberry Beret syrup
- 1 dash (10 drops) Lemon bitters
- 1 lemon twist
Add all ingredients (except lemon) into mixing glass; add ice and stir ~30 times or until well-chilled. Strain into a rocks glass and add a large ice cube. Cut a lemon twist from a fresh and firm lemon using a paring knife or a vegetable peeler. Take the cut rind and twist it ensuring all the oils go into the drink and then enjoy!
Oh Honey, Honey (Bee's Knees)
- 2oz Gin
- 0.75oz Honey Maker syrup
- 0.75oz lemon juice
- 2 dashes (20 drops) Herbal Lavender bitters
- Grapefruit rind/twist
Add all ingredients to your shaker tin (except for grapefruit). Add ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds. Fine strain into a coupe or rocks glass. Carefully cut or peel a strip of grapefruit with as minimal pith as possible and express the rind over the drink ensuring the oils get into the cocktail and around the rim of the glass. Place the rind inside the drink and enjoy!
- 2oz white rum
- 0.75oz Cool as a Cucumber syrup
- 1.5oz fresh lime juice
Pour all ingredients into a shaker tin, add ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a rocks/coupe glass and enjoy!
