Mia Negroni (Negroni)
Ingredients
- 1oz Wallflower gin
- 1oz Mia Amata Amaro
- 0.5oz Raspberry Beret syrup
- 1 dash (10 drops) Lemon bitters
- 1 Lemon twist
Method
Add all ingredients (except lemon) into mixing glass; add ice and stir ~30 times or until well-chilled. Strain into a rocks glass and add a large ice cube. Cut a lemon twist from a fresh and firm lemon using a paring knife or a vegetable peeler. Take the cut rind and twist it ensuring all the oils go into the drink and then enjoy!
Oh Honey, Honey (Bee's Knees)
Ingredients
- 2oz Gin
- 0.75oz Honey Maker syrup
- 0.75oz Lemon Juice
- 2 dashes (20 drops) Herbal Lavender bitters
- Grapefruit rind/twist
Method
Add all ingredients to your shaker tin (except for grapefruit). Add ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds. Fine strain into a coupe or rocks glass. Carefully cut or peel a strip of grapefruit with as minimal pith as possible and express the rind over the drink ensuring the oils get into the cocktail and around the rim of the glass. Place the rind inside the drink and enjoy!
Cucumber Daiquiri
Ingredients
- 2oz white rum
- 0.75oz Cool as a Cucumber syrup
- 1.5oz Lime Juice
Method
Pour all ingredients into a shaker tin, add ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a rocks/coupe glass and enjoy!
Watermelon Martini
Ingredients
- 2oz vodka
- 1oz All Thai’d Up syrup
- 0.75oz Lemon Juice
Method
Grab your favourite coupe/martini glass and rim it with sugar (try our Lemon Lavender Sugar to spice it up a little). Pour all ingredients into a shaker tin, add ice and shake vigorously. Fine / double strain into your freshly rimmed glass and enjoy!
Lavender Drop
Ingredients
- 2oz gin or vodka
- 0.5oz Ms. Lavender syrup
- 0.75oz Lemon Juice
Method
Rim your coupe or martini glass with sugar (try our Lemon Lavender Sugar to spice it up a little). Pour all ingredients into a shaker tin, add ice and shake vigorously. Double strain the contents into your rimmed glass and enjoy!
Penicillin
Ingredients
- 2oz whiskey, gin or tequila
- 0.75oz Lemon Juice
- 0.5oz Birds & the Bees syrup
- 1 dash Shmok'n Choclate bitters
Method
Pour all ingredients into a shaker tin, add ice and shake vigorously. Double strain into a rocks glass and top with a large ice cube. Add a lemon wheel for garnish and enjoy!
To level up your cocktail - we add 0.5oz mezcal to get some
smokiness, but typically any peaty scotch will work.
Manhattan
Ingredients
- 2oz whiskey (we use a rye)
- 0.5oz Cherry Bomb syrup
- 2 dashes (20 drops) Walnuts n' Spice bitters
Method
Add all ingredients into mixing glass, add ice and stir until chilled. Strain into a coupe glass and serve neat (without ice). Garnish with a star anise or your favourite boozy-cherry and enjoy!
